We work at Sprout with two roasting days, Tuesday, and Thursday. After a quality check on the next day, your order will be handed over to our shipping partners.
We ship coffee up to 14 days after roasting.
We do our utmost to get the package to your home on time. However, when we hand over your package to our shipping partners, we are no longer in control. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
If the coffee is not delivered and returned to us then we will make contact with you via email to find a way to correct the problem.
If you were unable to receive the coffee and it is returned to us then we can resend it to you at your cost.
If the coffee is not delivered due to a fault of our own we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
